Motion Designer
You design and produce the animations, videos and visual content that bring the Maloc brand to life across all our digital channels.
Paris, France-3 years minimum-Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Your missions
- Design and produce 2D/3D animations for our marketing campaigns (social media, advertising, website)
- Create short, dynamic videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Build interface animations (micro-interactions, transitions, onboarding) for our web apps
- Produce video content for vehicle pages (presentations, teasers, before/after)
- Animate the Liquid Glass design system (glass effects, particles, fluid transitions)
- Collaborate with the product team on storyboards and video scripts
- Optimise files for the web (compression, adaptive formats, lazy loading)
Profile we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in motion design (studio, agency or freelance)
- Advanced command of After Effects, Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D (or Blender)
- Solid knowledge of Figma and design-to-motion workflows
- Experience with Lottie / Rive for web animations
- Strong typographic sensibility and visual culture
- Knowledge of social media formats and constraints
- Self-driven, proactive, able to manage several projects in parallel
Nice to have
- Experience in real-time 3D (Three.js, Spline, Unreal Engine)
- Knowledge of CSS animations / GSAP / Framer Motion
- Experience in the automotive or luxury sector
- Ability to shoot and edit videos (DSLR/mirrorless)
- Portfolio with branding / visual storytelling projects
